Tungsten Properties has acquired a 2.2 acre site in Bermuda Park, Nuneaton from Tawnywood Ltd for £0.75m.
Bermuda Park is an established employment area to the south of Nuneaton off the A444 with access to M6 Junction 3 to Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester and includes occupiers such as Hello Fresh, Evri, Toolstation and Screwfix. Pure Tungsten
Tungsten Properties is to submit a planning application for Bermuda 37 which will be a new single industrial unit of 36,730 sq ft and will target BREEAM Very Good, EPC A and provide EV charging. The delivery target is Q1 2024, subject to planning.
